Any good books on the craft?

Dear Mr. Burke,
Thanks for all your phenomenal books. You're definitely my favorite contemporary American novelist. I sure hope to see more of Clete Purcell in the future as well as Dave. He's such a great character. Can't he meet a nice woman finally? He so deserves it. Anyway, my question is are there any books you would recommend on the craft or art of writing? Anything that helped you along when you were starting out?
