Mr. Burke, I just want to thank you for all the hours of enjoyment that your books have given me. I relate to Robicheax and Purcell via the Vietnam war where I was an 18 year old Marine albeit in the rear with the gear and the beer. Your spot on jargon is what really got me. Phrases that I hadn't heard in years. I plan on going to Mardi Gras this year and if you are going to be speaking anywhere in near New Orleans that week I would love to hear you.
