The Sheriff's Name in "Mist"

I noticed this the last time I watched "In the Electric Mist", and meant to mention it on the boards earlier, but it kept slipping mind. Anyway, there is a scene in the film where Dave is speaking with the Iberia Parish sheriff, in the sheriff's office. Lying around the sheriff's office is campaign paraphernalia with the name "Sid Hebert" on it. Sid Hebert was the real name of the actual sheriff of Iberia Parish (at least at the time the movie was shot, I think).

I believe the current sheriff is Louis Ackal. Not sure when the torch was passed.

Anyway, kind of a nifty plug, methinks.
